It’s an exciting time to join Collaborate – as the movement for collaboration in public services has never felt more compelling; as we launch our second nationwide commissioning programme; our fourth leadership programme in Essex; and as we start supporting the British Science Association as learning partner to the Ideas Fund for the next 4 years (amongst other exciting projects!).
All roles at Collaborate work on multiple projects in different project teams, across the spectrum of our work, so you will find a role with us to be varied, requiring adaptability and great communication and organisational skills. Working with a range of our values-led, innovative team, you will learn from and with them, and be invited to input and bring your skills, experience and perspective.
As Project Design and Engagement Manager, you will collaboratively design our projects, with particular responsibility for how we design and manage our engagement with community and stakeholders, centring the needs of the work as well as considerations of equity, access, and inclusion. There is real opportunity for development here, with support from other members of our team, to build your facilitation, engagement, design and leadership experience, and to continuously learn from colleagues and across the spectrum of Collaborate’s work. Salary £32-42,000 + benefits.
