Tara joined Collaborate in June 2023, bringing experience from a range of roles where she was responsible for supporting both organisational and business development, as well as building client-facing relationships. Tara brings a dedicated focus to both Business Development and Operations at Collaborate and tackles problems with an empathetic but solution-focused approach, which she carries across from her previous roles working in higher education and the charity sector.
Tara joined Collaborate as she saw a great opportunity to grow and develop within an organisation that is passionate about social change, as well as opportunities to build relationships, maximise efficiency and contribute to organisational decision-making in an environment that drives collaborative solutions.

For me, it has always been important to work in an organisation where the aims and objectives go beyond just simply the business, and instead focus on a greater desire for change in society. Working at Collaborate provides this opportunity, in a role where I am able to support and learn from a team of inspiring people who are all working towards a collective goal; tackling social challenges.
Moving forward, If I am able to continually support the team and develop the organisation in ways that enable them to work as efficiently and effectively as possible, then that is my contribution to the Collaborate mission and will remain my consistent motivator.
