After a brilliant and fulfilling 8 years at Collaborate, during which I have worked with the best and most innovative partners across the country and a clever, principled team, I’ve decided it’s time to move on. I will be stepping down as Chief Executive later this year and looking for new ways to support the movement for person-centred public services and organisations (which will always be my passion!)

I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved during my time here. We have grown our brilliant team, defined and grown our five core areas of work, developed new relationships with organisations, leaders and different sectors across the country and shared all we have learned along the way. It’s been an absolute blast! And a huge privilege.

I’d like to say thank you to everyone who has worked with us and supported both Collaborate and me during my time here, including many of you, whether through directly working with us on projects, attending our events, or engaging with our reports and blogs. One of the joys of working at Collaborate is feeling part of a bigger, inspiring movement for change.

I’ll be staying with Collaborate until the end of the summer, supporting the organisation through this transition, and very much hope to remain part of the extended Collaborate family beyond that time. Our experienced senior team, staff and Board will also continue to drive our work and impact.

We will be recruiting for a new CEO, so if you want to help lead the charge for collaboration as a route to better public services, better organisations, better leaders, and better outcomes for people, then please get in touch or find out more. New leadership brings new opportunities, and there is a great platform here for someone to build on all we have done together so far. I can’t wait to see what Collaborate does next.

You can also reach out to me or our team directly if you would like to have a conversation.
