Riwa joined Collaborate in April 2026 as a Finance & Operations Coordinator, drawn to a role where her experience could support meaningful work. Her background in the charity sector has shaped how she thinks about operations, as the quiet groundwork that lets mission-led organisations actually reach the people they serve.
Prior to joining, Riwa worked in coordination and programme support roles across non-profits focused on social work routes and refugee support. Juggling multiple projects, supporting people through high-stakes processes, and keeping things organised across busy teams gave her a real appreciation for how good operations make everything else possible. This is the perspective she brings into her role at Collaborate.
