Victoria joined Collaborate in April 2025 to support the finance and operations functions. Leveraging experience in data analysis to drive organisational growth through process optimisation, impact assessment, and strategic planning, she sought a role at Collaborate to deepen her expertise in operations and finance within an organisation that actively integrates its mission into daily practices.
Prior to joining Collaborate, Victoria worked in strategy, finance, and operations within the charity sector, marking a career change after over a decade in academia at leading UK and German universities. During this time, she was deeply engaged in outreach initiatives aimed at widening access to higher education for under-resourced students across the UK, with a particular focus on opportunities for women in STEM.
