How can we help?
As learning and evaluation partner we can help you navigate complexity, designing learning cycles to help you uncover and communicate insights that enable change.
As facilitators we can host peer learning spaces and build reflective practice skills, leaving you with the confidence to create and sustain your learning.
As advisors we can diagnose your cultural barriers to learning, help you make the case to decision-makers and partners, and create the governance or stewardship structures you need to support a test and learn approach.
We:
- Bring coherence to complexity: co-develop a learning framework or model which helps you make sense of the world and guide your work.
- Build learning infrastructure: develop a positive, inclusive learning culture, build skills and create effective processes and governance structures.
- Gather the right data in the right way: design data collection methods together with those closest to the work, which guarantee valuable insight.
- Take action: organise effective learning spaces for analysis, sensemaking and influencing that leads to change.

Collaborate’s involvement has been invaluable in building a peer learning network of funders, funded organisations and other partners. Their involvement was also invaluable in helping us, from our various perspectives, think about what ‘systems change’ means to us and to our work and to think about how we can remove the barriers to this change and lay the foundations for longer-term, systemic change.
